I have been a Real Estate Professional for over 15 years, 13 of those years have been after I received the extensive training required to become a Real Estate Broker, this is a higher level of education than that of Real Estate Associate.
I have used my negotiating skills to PUT a lot of money into the Seller's pocket and KEEP a lot of money in the Buyer's pocket whomever I am assisting in any given transaction.
My goal is to work as a consultant and provide as much information as possible to educate my client to keep them from making mistakes. One of the first steps in the education process is through some of the extensive reports I have for both Buyers and Sellers. (Get your reports from the REPORTS page.)
I have also made the time and effort to acquire the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation because I felt the requirement to understand the needs and wants of my generation along with my parent's generation. Seniors aren't an "everybody else" group. My passion for this group became even more intense when my friend Jim developed more and more special needs as he fought the crippling disease of MS. Most Realtors don't really know what a handicap accessible house really is. I feel there is going to be an increasing need of understanding for this segment of the real estate market.
